What a plan covers, and how it reaches you

The companies you have scanned with an email address are the ones on that address's account. Checkout starts from the account you are signed in as, and the plan attaches to that account — so sign in with the same email you scan with; a plan bought under a different address will not find your scans.

Your plan covers the account you buy it from. If you always sign in the same way, you have just one account, and everything you have scanned is on it — nothing extra to do. If you have signed in more than one way (for example once with Google and once with a password), each of those is its own separate account: buy from the account that holds your companies, or email hello@dellight.ai before you pay and tell us which account the plan is for.
